Dr. Morné Wolmarans is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in the United Kingdom for the last 21 years.
Studied medicine in South Africa. Worked in Cape Town and then moved to London and finished specialising in Anaesthesia, Acute Medicine and Intensive Care in Cambridge.
He is Past - President for Regional Anaesthesia United Kingdom (RA-UK),
an ex- ESRA Board member and
Chairman of ESRA-DRA Board
Chair of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital Anaesthetics department.
His special interests are ultrasound regional anaesthesia, vascular anaesthesia, post-graduate education, golf and fine wine.
One of the founding members of ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia practice in the UK. We had an I can see logo developed because we were so happy to actually see a nerve.
